2019–2021
Rookie — The Beginning

My journey in karting started long before I ever lined up on a real starting grid. It began with a steering wheel, a racing simulator, and a dream that I did not even know I had yet.
When I was three years old, I would sit beside Daddy on his racing simulator and steer the wheel while he worked the pedals because I was still too small to reach them. Even at that age, I loved the feeling of driving and being behind the wheel.
A few years later, I visited a real karting track for the first time. The sound of the engines, the smell of the track, and the excitement of watching the karts race made me want to experience it for myself. During the pandemic, when most things were closed, Daddy found a used go-kart and created a small practice course outside our family office. Almost every weekend became a chance for me to practice, learn, and improve.
I also had my first experiences with electric karting, which helped me become more comfortable on a real track. Eventually, I had the opportunity to do my first proper testing with Coach Rafael Perez. That experience introduced me to the discipline and techniques of karting and showed me that racing was not only about driving fast—it was also about learning, listening, practicing, and improving. What started as a little boy simply turning a steering wheel had grown into something much bigger.
