2024 Round 7 Petron Blaze 100 Tillotson T4 Cup

I competed in the Formula Cadet Expert category of the Tillotson T4 Cup Philippine Series at Carmona Race Track in Cavite. The weekend did not begin as I had hoped, as I finished 8th overall in the Time Trial. The qualifying heats were also challenging because the competition was very strong.

The rain during the midday break made the final even more difficult. Although the race was declared wet, the track had a mixture of dry sections and puddles. Some teams chose wet tires, while our team decided to use dry tires and trust our setup.

Despite the difficult conditions, I stayed focused and pushed until the end. I was happy to finish 3rd in the Cadet Expert category and earn another podium finish. This race reminded me that even when a weekend does not start the way I want, staying determined and trusting my team can still lead to a good result.
